  Activy follows a monthly billing cycle. The initial invoice is paid in advance, followed by subsequent invoices in arrears. The total cost is adjusted based on the actual number of active users. The estimated number of participants for the first invoice is determined using industry benchmarks or employer declarations.

• How can I estimate the number of participants in the challenge?

  

  The number of participants is influenced by communication, office promotion, company culture, and other factors. Based on our 5 years of experience, active participation can range from approximately 25-35% of employees. However, some employers have achieved participation rates as high as 80%. You can also specify the maximum number of participants based on your budget.

• Can alternative payment methods be arranged?

  

  For larger projects, we offer flexible solutions (f.e. Stripe). We encourage you to get in touch with us directly to discuss your specific requirements.

• How do I initiate the program, and is a contract required?

  

  Starting the program is straightforward. Fill out the contact form on the website or directly get in touch with us. After a brief phone call, we'll provide you with details and guide you through the process or arrange a meeting as needed. We provide contract and policy templates, backed by our expertise in legal and security matters.

• What does the term "progressive pricing" imply?

  

  As the number of participating employees increases, the overall challenge cost decreases. Our pricing is designed progressively: for instance, the 80th person costs 12 euros, and the 81st costs 10 euros, and so forth. Contact us to receive a user-friendly calculator. Our pricing is standardized for all companies.

• Are there any extra charges?

  

  For challenges shorter than 3 months, there is a single activation fee determined by your company's size (approximately 40% of the monthly cost), with a minimum of €700 net.

• What is considered an active participant?

  

  An active participant is someone who joins the challenge and completes at least one activity per month that counts towards the challenge. If an employee joins but isn't active, you won't be charged for them.
